- Monitor sub-contractor fleet performance, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Track and document changes to delivery schedules, maintaining accuracy in the Delivery Plan.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and maintain communication regarding delivery status.
- Approve driver payroll and validate sub-contractor expenses.
- Assist in finalizing job files by gathering required documentation, such as Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Review and evaluate routes and supplier options for cost-effective transport planning.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, including Working Time Directive (WTD) and tachograph regulations.
- Supply planners with a daily operations report detailing driver availability and vehicle status.
- Proven experience in transport operations or a similar role.

Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate business requirements between 07:00 and 22:00, but normal working hours are 09:00 to 17:00.
