**Job Summary**

Deichmann is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Approach customers and provide helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
  • Serve customers at the till, processing sales transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Recommend and promote complementary products with each sale, driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy, maintaining a high standard of store appearance.
  • Process stock deliveries in a timely manner, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Compensation**

Up to £11.64 per hour, plus non-contractual, hourly sales commission.
