We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Farmfoods. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our shop team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the shop team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the shop floor, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve shop performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
