Job Title: Senior Mechanic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanic to join our team at UPS. As a Senior Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in top condition to meet our high standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our vehicles, including light vans, tractor and trailer units, and alternative fuel fleet.
  • Develop and expand your mechanical skills through training and experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other mechanics to achieve maintenance targets quickly, safely, and reliably.
  • Carry out regular maintenance inspections, complete online records, and control stock.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in vehicle mechanics.
  • A C1, 7.5-tonne license would be a bonus but isn't essential.
