Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Multilingual Educator to join our team at Step Teachers. As a Multilingual Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students at various levels, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students at various levels.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing timely feedback to support their development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for languages.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and language-related events within the school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience teaching MFL at a KS3 and KS4 level.
