Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Head of Consortia and Leisure Sales to enhance our Sales team at Ennismore. This pivotal role will concentrate on overseeing and executing Global Consortia & Leisure Sales strategies for our extensive portfolio of Hoxton Hotels.

Located in London and reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this position will spearhead global strategies while providing centralized support to our 16 operational Hoxton Hotels and our ambitious pipeline of new openings. We are eager to expand The Hoxton brand and attract new clientele in emerging markets, so we are looking for someone who is inspired to embark on this journey and can contribute their sales expertise and enthusiasm to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to source, drive, and increase revenue across the Consortia & Leisure sectors for our global portfolio of Hoxton hotels, continuously monitoring outcomes and adjusting strategies to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Oversee a designated portfolio of accounts, leading global negotiations, implementing preferred agreements, and managing account activities to maximize market share.
  • Identify and pursue new accounts to support our global expansion efforts.
  • Represent The Hoxton at international trade exhibitions.
  • Promote awareness of our upcoming openings and drive revenue to ensure successful commercial launches.
  • Collaborate with essential teams (On-property Sales, Brand, Revenue & Hotel Operations) to share key information and insights, ensuring effective teamwork to achieve revenue goals.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 8 years in a senior sales capacity.
  • Experience in consortia is essential; leisure experience is a plus.
  • Passionate about hotel sales and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional relationship builder, confident in collaborating with various teams and leaders; enthusiastic about collective achievements.
  • Combines analytical and methodical thinking with a keen attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Seeks an environment where individuality is valued; no clones in suits.
  • Open to innovative approaches and willing to explore new ideas.
