  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers, and service providers to negotiate favourable terms and pricing for clients.
  • Process Adherence: Adhere to company processes, procedures, and broking team standards to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Support and collaborate with other broking teams as needed to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an Insurance Advisor, proficiency in using Acturis insurance software, strong business acumen, and ability to follow management objectives.
  • CII Qualification: CII qualification or actively working towards completion.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and strong influencing, negotiating, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Personal Qualities: Adaptable, focused, and professional demeanour, confident telephone manner, and excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
