We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Future Build Recruitment. As a leading civil engineering firm, we are renowned for our expertise in civil works, reinforced concrete, and marine/heavy civils projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Planning and programming projects using tools such as MS Project and Project Commander.
  • Applying expertise in reinforced concrete, piling, and marine/heavy civils to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensuring effective cost control and managing changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience managing civil engineering projects.
  • Proven expertise in civil engineering works, particularly reinforced concrete and piling.
  • Experience in marine/heavy civils is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in planning and programming software, including MS Project and Project Commander.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience in cost control and change management.
