**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at Next. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct regular patrols of the store to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Work closely with store teams to provide a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement to prevent and investigate incidents.
  • Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize losses.
  • Provide training and support to store staff on security procedures and protocols.
  • Action any other duties as requested by the Regional LP Manager.

**Requirements**

  • Previous security experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable with using IT systems and computers.
