Job Title: Primary Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic qualified teacher to join our team at TimePlan Education. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a class of students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) including Physical and Multiple Learning Disabilities, Severe Learning Disabilities, Moderate Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and speech and language impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Lead and motivate a team of educators to raise standards in student outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and report on student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN education
Requirements:
- Qualification in teaching or a related field
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
