We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey
  • Contribute to the success of the store by achieving targets, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, and maximising sales through physical and digital channels
  • Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Work with the manager to generate stock and achieve expectations within campaign activities
