About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our relief team as a Relief Nursery Practitioner at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, supporting their development and well-being.

As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will work across various age groups, from 0-5 years, and provide relief cover for team members on holiday, training, or other leave. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Support the development and well-being of children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of activities and programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Nursery experience, ideally in a nursery environment, with a focus on child development and learning.
  • Qualifications in early years education or a related field, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and education, with a focus on promoting children's well-being and development.
