ADRA is seeking a skilled Construction Cost Estimator to join our team in Ty Coch Bangor, Ty Gwyrddfai Penygroes. As a key member of the Property Directorate, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Asset & Contracts section.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the cost management of contracts for the Property Directorate, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects.
- Prepare tender documents and specifications for the Property Directorate, taking into account the needs of the team and stakeholders.
- Evaluate contractor costs in accordance with tender requirements, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Undertake value engineering across schemes with project managers, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) policies and procedures for the team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct valuations, cost control, and final account reviews, ensuring accurate and timely completion of certification.
- Assist in the management of the financial budget for the Asset & Contracts Team, providing financial reports and recommendations for improvement.
