About the Role

Better Days Recruitment is seeking an experienced Information Security Risk Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our information security risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess potential information security risks across the organization
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that information security risks are properly assessed, monitored, and managed
  • Develop and maintain a robust and proactive risk management strategy to safeguard our organization's information assets
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on information security risk management best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, risk management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and leading risk management frameworks in a complex, global organization
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in information security risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of information security standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex risk information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with risk management software or GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) tools is an advantage
