Role Overview

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-caliber candidates into roles with our prestigious clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identifying and attracting top talent through various sourcing methods
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates to suitable roles
  • Providing career advice and market insights to candidates
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a strong academic background
