We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at H. Samuel in Douglas. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales assistants, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
- Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
