Role Overview

As a Deputy Manager, you'll provide leadership to colleagues within the team and support the Service Manager in the daily management & running of the service. You'll help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care that truly changes lives.
  • Lead a team to make a difference in the lives of others.
  • Help individuals with learning disabilities and autism to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities.
  • Manage, deliver & lead high-quality care as part of the team using a person-centred approach.
  • Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.

About the Service

Beach Road is a residential home for people with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge, situated in the West Sussex coastal town of Littlehampton. Our small, highly specialised home provides very high levels of care whilst enabling the people we support to live as part of an integrated community.
