Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own desk and sector, covering the full recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them with clients within the construction industry.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. You will also develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold-calling to grow your desk.
