Computer Science Teacher Training Apprenticeship

Aspire People is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Graduate Teacher Trainee in Computer Science.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Computer Science graduate to gain their QTS and develop their teaching skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students.

About the Role:
  1. Work as a Graduate Teacher Trainee in a secondary school, supporting students in their Computer Science studies.
  2. Develop your teaching skills and gain experience in a real-world setting.
  3. Receive excellent pay rates, with a salary of up to £26,000-£28,000, working school hours.
  4. Work 5 days per week, term time only, with excellent and supportive mentoring and training.
Requirements:
  1. A 2:1 or above degree in Computer Science.
  2. A passion for education and a desire to provide students with the best possible education.
  3. Previous tutoring or teaching experience is desirable.
  4. GCSE's C/4 or above in English and Maths.
  5. The ability to teach a minimum of 12 hours or a 50% timetable, sole teaching from the beginning of the programme.
