About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Neonatal Nurse to join our team at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Midwife with flexible working options, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to neonates and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based care to neonates, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
  • Support the Neonatal Unit in achieving its goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Experience in neonatal nursing, with a willingness to undertake further training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
