About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to develop their skills and experience in graphic design, working closely with our senior designers and copywriters to deliver world-class email marketing services.

Responsibilities
  • Design and create email templates, graphics, and design elements that are responsive, effective, and on-brand
  • Work closely with our senior designers to build out initial email templates and develop new design ideas
  • Concept and create email-specific branding guides for clients
  • Maintain high standards in process, design, file naming, and presentation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in email marketing and incorporate them into our campaigns
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of graphic design experience, UI/UX or web design acceptable
  • Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop
  • Excellent communication and design skills
  • Experience working in an agency is not essential but strongly preferred
  • Strong foundational graphic design skills, including typography and color theory
  • Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work across a diverse range of brand languages and design
  • Hardworking team player with a creative eye
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
