Job Title: Senior Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team at Corporate Communications Recruitment. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our clients' corporate communications materials, including Annual Reports and other corporate-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet the needs of our clients and their target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
  • Manage and lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, and apply this knowledge to improve our clients' communications materials.
  • Provide design guidance and support to junior designers and other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior design role, preferably in a corporate communications design agency.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work that meets client needs and expectations.
  • Excellent design skills for print and digital media, with a strong understanding of content's importance in communications.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, while managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience creating and delivering Annual and Corporate Social Responsibility Reports is required.
