We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Engineer to join our experienced Vista product team.

Vista is the in-house electronic security brand for our Security, a leading security systems distributor in the UK.

This role involves managing our extensive range of CCTV and security solutions.

It's an excellent opportunity for someone eager to expand their knowledge and advance their career by working with a diverse array of products and partners, while learning from our seasoned team of engineers.

We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in technology, particularly in electronics, computing, and networking. The ideal candidate will have technical qualifications and previous experience in a relevant technical field.

You should have a keen eye for detail, be well-organized with an analytical and methodical approach to your work.

Good communication is key, and you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Technology:
. IP/Analogue/Software/App/Mechanical.

Testing:
. Product evaluation and testing.
. Test product performance against specification and requirement.
. Test conformance and compatibility with 3rd party systems.
. Identify issues, consider solutions, and work to resolve.

Improvement:
. Provide feedback for product improvement by collaborating with product developers and the in-house product team.

Documentation:
. Create technical documentation/media to help our customers.
. Track and log activity and product changes/versions.

Education:
. Work with the product team to ensure awareness of features and functionality.
. Collaborate with other departments for feedback and understand new requirements/feature requests.

Hours of work - 37 Monday-Thursday, Friday.
25 days annual holiday.
Pension and life assurance - up to 6% Norbain matched contribution.
Membership of company profit-sharing scheme.
