About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in supported living environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as dressing, hygiene, and medication management.
  • Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether in a group setting or one-to-one basis.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a UK social care setting, preferably within a care home or care at home environment.
  • Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
