This position is part of the Manufacturing Engineering division, concentrating on production assistance.
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver support for assembly operations, ensuring product excellence and adherence to delivery timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive work instructions, equipment guidelines, and process documentation is essential for guaranteeing that all products are produced uniformly and meet established design quality benchmarks.
- Develop and execute assembly techniques while offering precise work documentation.
- Foster a collaborative relationship with the design engineering team to enhance new product designs and drive ongoing improvements.
- Conduct data analysis to detect fault patterns and prioritize remedial actions.
- Install, configure, and sustain production line tools and machinery.
- Ensure the safe operation of all production equipment.
2-3 years of experience in a comparable manufacturing support capacity.
- Familiarity with electronic testing and automated systems is beneficial.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, preferably as a standard work tool advocate.
- Experience with ERP systems, Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, and assembly workflows.
- Proficiency in mechanical CAD viewing and design software.
Strong command of IT productivity tools (MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word).
- A background in electro-mechanical module assembly.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
A Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Science, or Manufacturing Engineering, or relevant industry experience is required.
