This firm boasts over 200 years of experience and has developed more than 50,000 homes, establishing themselves as leaders in the field of Town Planning and development services, particularly within the residential rental sector.
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in securing planning permissions for residential rental properties. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Negotiating and obtaining planning approvals for residential rental projects.
- Responding to planning inquiries from internal stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborating with company teams to identify and develop new opportunities within the sector.
- Conducting site visits and meetings with clients using a company car or allowance.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- An RTPI accredited degree, such as a Masters in Town Planning.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Town Planning within either the public or private sector.
- In-depth knowledge of planning policies and legislation across the UK, with a focus on residential for rent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with key professionals and present detailed reports.
