Job Opportunity
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Clinical Lead to join the team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will be an expert in Critical Care, providing proactive and visible leadership across the Intensive Care Units.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead in the delivery of National Critical Care standards and Critical Care Strategy.
- Explore current practice, identify areas for development, and plan the appropriate change using current evidence to evaluate outcomes.
- Operational management and professional leadership of Critical Care and their staff with delegated responsibility to ensure that performance and budgetary objectives are met.
- Quality of the patient's environment and lead on facilitating changes which improve the patients experience within Critical Care.
- Support the proactive approach to safe and effective pathways of care for critically ill patients and managing patient flow through the Critical Care service.
