About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Practitioner to join our team at the EKC Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with high levels of need, ensuring they receive the best possible education and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, including Autistic Spectrum Condition, Social, Emotional and Mental health needs, Global learning delay, Language & Communication, Sensory, and Physical needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Assist students with personal care, mobility, and specific medical/feeding needs, as required.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being among students.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for supporting students with high needs, and experience working with individuals with diverse abilities.
