Job Description

Millbank Holdings is seeking an experienced Warehouse Packing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Purchasing and Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for leading the development of all warehouse packing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient and effective execution of warehouse packing operations, adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Maximize equipment utilization and optimize packing schedules to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including plant and SAP records, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain high housekeeping standards, adhering to 5S principles and conducting regular area audits.
  • Operate packaging and blending equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to site policies and procedures.
  • Conduct minor maintenance, fault diagnosis, and assist tradesmen as needed.
  • Liaise with tradesmen, quality control, process technologists, logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Undertake tasks outside main area of skill and competence under TEST principles.
  • Operate FLT counterbalance and High Reach Truck within site policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse operation and packing, with a strong understanding of SAP.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Results-focused, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (both written and oral).
  • FLT counterbalance and High Reach Truck license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working in an organization spanning multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Excellence in the use of MS office products.
