About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Countrywide Land & New Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for winning instructions to new sites and developing relationships with developers in the Dorset area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge and develop relationships with local developers to secure new business opportunities
  • Win instructions to new sites and negotiate agreements
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
  • Identify and evaluate potential new sites in the area for business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in new homes sales, preferably with an estate agency or builder/developer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a positive and resilient attitude
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
