We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Chef to join our team at Cinnamon Care. As a Relief Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting our care homes across Hampshire, Bournemouth, and Exeter by covering holidays, sickness, and other absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality, freshly produced food to our residents, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with our catering team to provide a fine dining experience with varied choices for every mealtime.
  • Assist with catering for private events for our residents, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with our Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a catering role, ideally as a Chef de Partie.
  • NVQ 2/3 or equivalent qualification in culinary arts.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passion for providing exceptional food and service.
