Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Uckfield. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our estate agency teams, and attracting new customers and business.
Main Responsibilities
- Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support.
- Attracting new customers and business in a target-driven environment.
- Providing advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
- Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
- Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
