  • Demonstrate effective play and learning opportunities for children, ensuring the creation and maintenance of stimulating learning environments.

  • Utilize observations and insights from parents to create comprehensive learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of children in your care.

  • Collaborate with the nursery's SENCO to support children requiring additional assistance and oversee the planning and monitoring of targeted developmental plans.
  • Participate in all nursery meetings, including regular supervision and annual appraisals, demonstrating commitment to personal and organizational goals.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending both internal and external training sessions and sharing knowledge with the team.
