About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at MAVREC LTD, a leading estate agency in Bracknell. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating offers, organizing viewings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vet and register new applicants to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Organize and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers to secure the best possible price for our clients
  • Support the sales team as needed to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £40,000 OTE
  • A car allowance to support your daily commute
  • A flexible schedule with Monday to Friday working and 1 in 3 Saturdays
  • Free parking on site
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
