Job Description

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a private healthcare facility in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance on our facilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be electrically or mechanically biased.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance on our facilities
  • Work with the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Perform electrical and mechanical tasks such as lighting installation, fault-finding, and maintenance of generators, pumps, and motors
  • Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) and UPS systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes and cleaning of air handling units and fan coil units
Requirements
  • Electrically or mechanically qualified
  • City & Guilds - Level 3
  • City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition
  • Full UK driving license
  • A proven track record in building maintenance working
  • Good communication skills
  • Multi-skilled - mechanical and electrical
  • Knowledge of UPS, generators, and power distribution
  • Traceable work history
