About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Security Officer to join our team in Loughborough. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers' staff, buildings, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure everyone follows security and safety protocols
  • Conduct searches when required
  • Perform gatehouse duties
  • Patrol premises both inside and outside
  • Deal with security incidents and complete incident report forms
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator, a team player, and have the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. You must be flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends.

A full clean UK driving license and your own transport are essential. While some security experience is beneficial, we provide full SIA license training.
