Join Our Team as a Service Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Conduct both proactive and reactive service operations, including the installation, commissioning, and certification of equipment.
  • Efficiently execute all service tasks to meet customer satisfaction and enhance service profitability.
  • Perform routine performance checks and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
  • Install and commission new machinery as required.
  • Diagnose and rectify equipment breakdowns promptly.
  • Facilitate audits, calibrations, and validation activities for product inspection and cross-division offerings.
  • Participate in all necessary training sessions provided by METTLER TOLEDO.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications for Success
  • Demonstrated ability to support various departments effectively.
  • Background in Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in a customer-facing service role.
  • Familiarity with network systems and interfacing is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of production environments is a plus.
