Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cricklewood, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations and driving revenue growth.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, maximizing revenue and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
