Job Title: Automation QA Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation QA Lead to join our team at Aristocrat Interactive. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure the highest quality standards for our online gaming platform.

About the Role

In this role, you will oversee the creation and implementation of test plans, manage QA engineers, and serve as the main point of contact for all quality-related activities within our Third Party Integrations team. You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting bug statistics, using data to drive decisions that improve product quality and inform development priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality standards
  • Manage QA engineers and oversee the development and execution of test plans
  • Analyze and report bug statistics to inform development priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and quality of features
  • Continuously seek and implement improvements within your role's scope
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing QA engineers
  • Strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and implement QA processes and methodologies
  • Expertise in developing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive test suites
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban
  • Proficient in API testing with tools such as Postman
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana
  • Experience with container technologies, such as Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with OO programming and Java
