Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deeply understand client needs and translate them into robust, future-ready architectures.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end solutions, from concept to deployment, using modern web frameworks, databases, and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate with our team to conceptualise and deliver tailored digital products aligned with our user-centric approach.
  • Continuously enhance our team's capabilities by implementing best practices in areas such as API design, data modelling, and DevOps.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with expertise in both Python and AI.
  • Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks (Django, Flask, Express, NestJS).
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, ORMs, and data modelling best practices.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI/ML components into web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from concept to deployment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
