The RoleWe are seeking a specialist non-contentious or mixed non-contentious and contentious construction lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the law and be able to think commercially and analytically. They will have experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including industry standard form contracts and bespoke forms of contract. The successful candidate will be able to provide accurate and practical advice to clients, tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide non-contentious and contentious construction advice to clients
- Deal with industry standard form contracts and bespoke forms of contract
- Act for a wide range of clients, including public and private sector organizations, funders, developers, contractors, and consultants
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality advice and services
