","p":"At Premier Technical Services Group PLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Labour Controller to oversee and coordinate operational delivery within our division. This role is critical in ensuring the schedule of work for a designated group of Engineers achieves the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engineer productivity.

","ul":{"li":["Plan and coordinate all works nationally for a designated service on a rolling weekly basis, liaising with clients and Engineers to ensure schedules are filled and works are completed on time.
","Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with key contacts to retain existing and new business, paying particular attention to key accounts and their specific Service Level Agreements.
","Support Engineers in the field, ensuring they have the correct H&S training, job information, equipment, and stationery, acting as a point of liaison for them with the customer and relevant internal departments.
","Arrange travel and hotel accommodation for Engineers working away from home, ensuring Purchase Orders and expenditure are in line with the budget and company expenses raising policy.
","Organize and arrange for the engineers' vehicles to be serviced and maintained accordingly.
","Track work completion and the return of worksheets from Engineers, supplying full and accurate invoicing information to the Accounts team.
","Generate or provide various support for management reports, including KPIs, invoicing, weekly and monthly business updates.
","Perform other ad hoc tasks for the management team to maintain service and the division's commercial/financial commitments.
