Activity Instructor

We are seeking a skilled Activity Instructor to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests at Talacre Beach Resort in North Wales.

This is a seasonal, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work across 5 variable days, including Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

We offer NPLQ training for the right candidate.

Successful applicants must provide an enhanced disclosure, which will be paid by Darwin Escapes.

The successful Activity Instructor will:

• Work with the Leisure team to deliver the activities programme to guests.
• Help organize activities such as mini jet skis, water walkers, archery, etc.
• Frequently check leisure areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure leisure areas are kept clear and safe.
• Recognize any issues and deal with them immediately.
• Check and record guest passes.
• Advise guests on the activity programmes.
• Record any accidents and administer First Aid, as required.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. A current NPLQ is desirable but not essential. A driving license and the ability to drive is advantageous to enable easy travel to and from the resort.

Pool Plant and First Aid qualifications are an advantage.
