Wind Engineering Manager

**Role Overview:**

As a key member of our team at Green Recruitment Company, you will play a crucial role in the success of our wind energy projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the technical integrity of our wind projects, from development to operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical guidance and support to wind projects, ensuring business assurance and compliance with industry standards.

* Lead the wind engineering and technology team, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects at all stages, from development to operations.

* Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments for wind projects, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential risks.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aeronautical engineering, or a related field.

* Over 10 years of experience in wind projects, covering the entire lifecycle.

* Proven experience with wind turbines in renewable power projects, with a strong understanding of turbine health monitoring and diagnostics.
