We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at Authentic Talent Ltd. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our Midlands region.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor to take on a new challenge and work from home with the flexibility to manage clients and plan your own diary. You will have access to a northern and southern office, but will be responsible for the growth and development of the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors, including Industrial, Commercial, and Residential.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director to develop and implement business strategies for the Midlands region.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Building Surveying, with a focus on Pre-Acquisition and Project work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
