We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the premises to a high standard and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the premises are well-maintained and free from hazards, in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.
- Assist the Manager with property matters, including tool management and storage.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent maintenance skills and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
