About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain expert to join our PMO team at Ontic. As a Supply Chain Project Lead, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in supply chain management and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all supply chain activities from supplier onboarding to inventory management, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition process.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across both PMO and SC functions to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures within the quality plan.
  • Develop a comprehensive transfer plan for all SC activities associated with the licence, including onboarding, PO transfers, inventory management and provisioning.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work alongside the relevant teams to implement any changes quickly and effectively.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain professional who has previously led and managed the novation of supply chain licences. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have experience of working with ERP systems and working and leading SC projects.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or significant, relevant industry experience within supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of working with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work at pace and prioritize tasks effectively.
