We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Back Office IT department at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for guiding two DevOps squads, ensuring seamless operations and robust technological solutions.
You will collaborate with users and team members distributed across various locations to deliver high-impact projects that support our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Learn the insights of energy trading and relevant business processes to understand our business requirements.
- Create a lighthouse of open and transparent communication and prioritisation with stakeholders.
- Analyse and challenge existing Back Office processes and create creative ideas for solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other IT teams to build sustainable interfaces.
- University Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Proven experience leading and managing software development teams.
- Proficient in both German and English.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
