Job Title: Civils Foreman

Location: Dunmow, Essex

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 3 Months+

Rate: £25 - £27 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to lead a gang of operatives on a project in Dunmow, Essex. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and supervising construction teams, ensuring high standards of work and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and supervising the work of the gang
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
  • Managing and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Leading and motivating the team to achieve project goals
  • Monitoring and controlling costs and resources

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card / CPCS plant ticket
  • SSSTS / SMSTS or equivalent
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising a gang of Civils Operatives
  • Strong attention to Health & Safety and Environmental Standards
  • Ability to provide references from previous employment
