Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Driver/Operative to join our team at Skillframe Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload deliveries, pallets, and a-frames from curtain side trucks and containers using a forklift and mobile crane (training provided)
  • Make timely deliveries to London sites in a 3.5 tonne van
  • Control the flow of products to the factory for production and manage the disposal of waste in the yard
  • Assist with general laboring tasks and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Health and Safety Awareness - ability to follow and enforce a safe working environment at all times
  • Clean driving license with experience driving Transit van-sized vehicles and flat-bed trucks
  • Manual handling skills
  • Basic IT skills for email and stock control to support the Yard Manager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
